Zoey Driedger
I started massaging at the age of 8, running around campgrounds trading toonies for shoulder rubs. Since then, I’ve completed my professional training through Mount Royal University and became a Registered Massage Therapist.
While I like to think of myself as a relaxation therapist… that’s only half true. At my core, I’m very much a “let’s go get it” massage therapist. I’m not afraid of pressure when pressure is what gets results. If you love a focused deep tissue treatment that actually addresses tension, restrictions, and chronic problem areas, I’m your person.
I’m also certified in dynamic cupping, a movement-based approach to cupping therapy that combines the cups with motion and joint mobility techniques. This treatment can help reduce muscle tension, improve range of motion, decrease fascial restrictions, and assist with scar tissue healing. Fair warning: it can leave marks. If you’ve ever seen an athlete looking like they lost a fight with an octopus, you’ll know what to expect.
That said, there’s another side to my treatments too. While I love deep tissue work, I also have a huge soft spot for relaxation massage. Creating a space where people can slow down, breathe, and temporarily escape the stress of everyday life is one of my favorite parts of this work. I incorporate techniques like Gua Sha and fascial cupping to create a calming, restorative experience that leaves clients feeling grounded, cared for, and recharged.
I also offer ear reflexology — one of my favorite treatments to introduce people to. The ear contains over 60 acupressure points connected to different areas of the body. During a session, I combine neck, scalp, and ear massage with targeted ear reflexology techniques before applying small seeds to your individualized pressure points. It’s deeply relaxing, surprisingly effective, and can be booked as a standalone treatment or added onto a regular massage at no extra charge.
At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to help people move better, feel better, and leave my treatment room feeling more like themselves again.
